Creole Yellow Wax Beans 3 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion 1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper 1 1/2 tablespoons flour 1 1/2 cups tomato juice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 3 cups cooked Yellow wax beans In a skillet, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add onion and green pepper; cook until onion is yellow. Blend in flour, stirring until smooth. Gradually add tomato juice; continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper, and wax beans.
