At Homestead Farms, we work hard to select and
grow the finest tasting organic vegetables you will find. Focusing on heirloom varieties allows us to grow vegetables
with tremendous flavor. Heirloom varieties are chosen for flavor. Most times they are not found in the supermarket
because they are not known for their ability to travel, thus, some items might be new to your tastebuds. The following
is a list of vegetables slated for production in 2010. This is our plan. Mother Nature is also working on her
plan for the growing season and sometimes our plans don't mesh. We do the best we can with what we know, but occasionally,
Mother Nature gets the best of certain vegetables.
